My experience with Grand Pointe was fantastic. Everything, including the initial communications, scheduling, drop off/pickup and work performed, was done professionally and efficiently. I will have all future maintenance and repairs done here moving forward!

Grand Pointe service is unmatched! Great staff and systems they have in place to make sure the customer is very well informed on the issues they are having to problems that may be lurking around the corner. They provide photos and very detailed quotes and estimates of repair from quality technicians. They have replaced 4 tires on our travel trailer and as well as oil change on our truck. They provide a service to bring your own fluids and filter! If you choose to use their service they use high quality parts and recommend oem for factory level service and repair. Front desk very friendly and knowledgeable. Manager Derrick goes above and beyond for their customers. Also very proud to partner with them as a season long sponsor of the Greater Flint Hockey Association Raiders 10U Red ice hockey team. 10/10 recommendations to all friends and family!

I took my truck in to have the brakes inspected last week. The nice girl at the service desk asked if I wanted to wait or if I wanted a ride somewhere else while they inspected my truck. I chose to get a ride and within a couple of minutes their driver was there to whisk me away. An hour or so later I received a text with a link to read about what they found and what they recommended. It came with pictures. It was slick! I could check a box to approve or deny service and was given a grand total with an option to pay at the end. After approving the services a while later I received another text with a link. It stated what was done and it was ready for pickup. I called and asked for a ride back to their location. Once there I paid what was owed, got my receipt and was out the door. By far the easiest, and smoothest transaction I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was kind and had a good attitude. I will definitely be going back for any other repairs.

Grand Pointe Automotive completed several repairs on my 2019 Mazda CX-5, including brakes, rotors, sway bar link, battery, serpentine belt, and maintenance work. I’ve had the vehicle back for several days now, and so far, everything appears to have been repaired correctly and the car drives great. The staff was polite throughout the process, and I appreciated the complimentary vehicle delivery and maintenance card after delays. My main criticism was the communication and overall customer experience during the repair process. I often had to initiate status updates myself, a promised callback was missed, and I had to repeatedly ask for clarification on remaining work, timing, payment details, and delivery information. When dropping the vehicle off, I also would have appreciated more proactive communication regarding transportation options, as I had to ask about getting a ride home. Nothing felt intentionally dishonest, but the overall process sometimes felt disorganized and created unnecessary uncertainty while the vehicle was in the shop. For the amount spent, I expected a more proactive and polished customer experience overall. That said, the repair quality itself seems very go

Grand Pointe Automotive goes above and beyond the 'Attention to detail' on your vehicle, offering options for any repair you may need, big or small. I've lived in the Detroit area my entire life, but this is by far the most thorough shop I've ever done business with. I would highly recommend giving their friendly service department a call for the utmost care of your ride
